This is our Thai and Chinese style Singha Dragon T-shirt. The origin of this design is that of ancient Thai and Chinese folklore. The Thais would name this creature Srihara Mungkorn which comes from the Himmapan creature family, but these same creatures exist in ancient Chinese tales. It represents the head of a dragon and the body of a lion. Singha in Thai language means "Lion", which is the same name used for Thailand's famous beer. We chose this design because of it's classical folklore origins and it's modern application to the art of the past. It almost has a tattoo style feel to it, with it's Asian patterns that are admired by many who love these kind of visuals and often get tattoos with this style. A great design applied to this shirt, taking a ancient design and giving it a modern feel.?
